We run an award winning high quality training programme for Information Analysts, Clinicians and Managers to build on existing informatics skills and better use information to enable service and clinical improvement.

For example, our 'Data Conversations - getting the answers you need' course, is a one day training course for managers and clinicians. The aim of which is to help to get better data to support operational and clinical decision making. The day explores what data can do for you, and how can you interpret that data.

For more information on our programmes and courses, please read our brochures:

Our events can book up very quickly, but we are planning to deliver additional sessions so stay in touch if the session you want it already fully booked.

We have carried out a thorough review and analysis of the programme, including full feedback and whether participants felt they had improved as a result of their training. We have presented this at two seaprate events, topline results can be view by pdfdownloading our poster.
